Conservative leaders and free market advocates representing associations across the country sent a letter to the Chairs of the Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation in opposition to the nomination of Gigi Sohn to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
The groups unanimously agree: "Under her leadership, America’s communications would undoubtedly be subject to censorship and decisions which threaten the basic principles of the American free press."
